Delivery & returns

Delivery

• We generally process all orders received before 1.30pm on a weekday the same day. All orders received after our 1.30pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. Saturday delivery and timed services are not available for delivery. For example place your order after 1.30pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by us on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
• Delivery is to UK addresses only.
• If you are out when we try to attempt your delivery we will either leave the order in a safe place designated with your order/instructions or leave you a card notifying you of our attempt and we will re-attempt the following working day. Should this re-delivery fail they will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 5 days whilst you arrange a final delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel. Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.
• Standard delivery for orders under £50 is £4.50, and FREE for orders over £50. This applies to most UK mainland postcode areas. Address exceptions and additional delivery charges apply to the Scottish Isles, Highlands and Isle Of Wight, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. For deliveries to these areas please contact us by phone or E Mail.

Payment

• Payment may be made via PayPal, or CardSave; both are secure servers to take payment from your debit/credit card. We accept payment by: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
• Payment is taken on the day of ordering.

Customer Information

• Data supplied to Postal Pets Products by you will be used only to process your order, internal reporting purposes, and with your permission to contact you with promotional offers. Postal Pets Products do not share customer information with any third parties.

Returns

• If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason whatsoever, please return it back to us, it is that simple! We will reimburse you for the value of the item. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 28 days of the date the item is delivered to you.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
